Buttermilk Pancakes
Serving size is per pancake. If you don't have buttermilk, you can substitute with milk by substituting one tablespoon of milk with one tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon juice, per cup. In other words, add a tablespoon of lemon juice or white vinegar then fill the remaining cup with milk, for each cup desired.
