Instructions
Step 1
Heat butter in skillet on medium meat
Step 2
Mash banana in a bowl and add eggs. Add desired seasoning.
Step 3
Mix well. Lumps are fine, but everything should be well combined.
Step 4
Pour scrambled egg & banana mixture into skillet. Stir and flip occasionally until fully cooked (it will still look wet).
