Step 1
1. Spray oil in to a frying pan and brown ham until crispy. Set aside

Cook egg to your liking. Then top with cheese and ham
Step 3
Toast your bread. Spread mustard on one side and sriracha on the other.

Add ham, egg and cheese to bread. Slice and enjoy!
