Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl add your dry ingredients flour, baking powder, salt, protein powder, brown sugar.

In the same bowl add the wet ingredients: milk melted butter, melted coconut oil, egg and applesauce.
Step 3
Whisk all ingredients until combined
Step 4
Heat pan to medium heat and add a touch of oil or butter so the batter does not stick.
Step 5
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and let cook on one side until it starts to bubble and brown.
Step 6
Flip pancake over and cook until fluffy and golden brown.
Step 7
Add favorite toppings and serve
