Instructions

Tikki

Step 1
Add fresh coriander, green chilli, and ginger to mashed potatoes. Add chaat masala, red chilli powder, salt, breadcrumbs as well as a bit of oil.
Step 2
Mix well, and make a medium sized thick patty from the mixture and fry well in a bit of oil with both sides medium brown.

Onion Rings

Step 3
Make light thick gram flour batter by adding required amount of water.
Step 4
Add salt, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder in the batter.
Step 5
Mix a small amount of gram flour in the onions rings to make it dry. This helps in batter sticking with onions.
Step 6
Deep fry onion rings to medium brown.
Step 7
Sprinkle some prepared "Tikki Chaat Masala" on onion rings.

Chatni

Step 8
Mix all ingredients well to prepare chatni.

Salad

Step 9
Mix all ingredients well to make salad.

Assembly

Step 10
Put 1 tbsp butter in a pan, 1/4 tbsp red chilli powder and fry inner sides of the bun until medium brown. Also fry outer sides of the bun lightly.
Step 11
Put 2-3 onion rings on the bottom bun.
Step 12
Add 2 tsp of chutney on top of onion rings.
Step 13
Put tikki on top of chutney.
Step 14
Add a cheese slice on top of tikki.
Step 15
Add salad on top of cheese slice.
Step 16
Add 1 tsp of mint chutney at the top.
Step 17
Serve on top of some onion rings in a plate.
