Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a pressure cooker on a medium heat and sauté in the onions and garlic until they become translucent.
Step 2
Add the meat pieces and stir until they change color to light brown from all sides.
Step 3
Soak the ingredients in water, add bay leaves, cinnamon stick, Press the saucepan for 45 minutes, until the meat pieces are done.
Step 4
Open the saucepan and add the beans, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Dissolve the tomato paste with two tablespoons of water and add the mixture to the broth.
Step 6
Boil the mixture on low heat until the Beans is done and the sauce thickens approx 30 minutes then remove the saucepan from the heat and serve it hot with rice and vermicelli.
