The Lebanese cuisine is famous for its variety of Kibbeh appetizer plates.. and this is one is the most delicious appetizers that are prepared with bulgur and fresh Raw Lamb minced meat.

Ingredients

750gLamb meat
Minced Lean Lamb meat
300gBulgur
fine, washed and drained
1white Onion
medium, finely chopped
½ teaspoonmarjoram
¼ teaspoondried basil
½ teaspooncumin powder
½ teaspoonall spice
1 PinchCinnamon
ground
1 PinchRed chili powder
optional
1 Pinchground cloves
1 pinchnutmeg
¼ Tbspdried rose petals
½ TbspSalt
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
Step 1
Place the meat in a food processor with 5 ice cubes add cumin and mix for 5 minutes until the ingredients are homogeneous, then set the meat aside.
Step 2
Place the onion, salt and spices in a food processor and mix.
Step 3
The bulgur is washed and soaked in lukewarm water and drained, then added to the mixture of spices, mint and onion, then mix it in a bowl by hand until the ingredients are mixed well. Note: You can wet your hands with cold water for easy mixing.
Step 4
Put the mixture in a serving dish and drizzle olive oil and garnish it with fresh mint leaves.
Step 5
Make sure to keep the raw kibbeh in the refrigerator until serving, then Serve cool.
