Step 1
Scramble eggs and set aside. Saute onion in avocado oil until tender. Add sausage (can substitute ground beef, turkey, or protein of your choice) and stir until browned. Slice Cabbage into thin strips. Add to ground beef and saute until tender. Add the previously scrambled eggs and stir well. Enjoy!
