Step 1
Marinate chicken in Italian dressing. Slice onions and peppers, add to hot oiled pan. Steam riced cauliflower and add to peppers. Cook chicken. Chop spinach, cilantro, and tomatoes. Add spinach and half of tomatoes and cilantro to cauliflower. Heat on low until spinach wilts. Add salt, garlic and Greek seasoning and 1 tbsp lime juice. Slice chicken. Mix avocado and rest of tomato and cilantro. Add salt and garlic and 2tbsp lime juice
