Instructions
Step 1
Slice the potatoes into 6 wedges, heat up a frying pan to medium heat and add the butter and potatoes and fry both flat sides for 5 minutes, arranging neatly and tight to the pan
Step 2
Mix the stockpot with boiling water and stir to combine
Step 3
Add the stock, roughly chopped garlic and the leaves off the rosemary
Step 4
Simmer til there is 1cm of liquid left in the bottom of the pan
Step 5
Cut a circle out of the pastry as big as the pan, brush with egg, and lay on top, pressing it down around the edges
Step 6
Bake at 200C for 20 minutes, tip out, serve and enjoy!
