Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180° and lime muffin tray with patty pans (or loaf tin with baking paper) 2. Sift all fry ingredients together in a large bowl 3. In a separate bowl mash bananas and combine with rest of wet ingredients before mixing into dry bowl
4. Divide into muffin tray or pour into loaf tin & bake for 20-25 minutes (if muffins) or 30-40 minutes (if loaf) 5. Once out of the oven, melt biscoff spread and drizzle on top of muffins/loaf followed by crushed biscuits
