Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F

Step 1
Line baking sheet with parchement paper; set aside.
Step 2
Mix pound cake mix, baking powder, eggs, & oil together until dry mixture disappears. Gently fold in confetti sprinkles.
Step 3
Using med. cookie scooper, scoop out 10 equally sized cookies; place them on prepared baking sheet leaving at least 2” of space in between.
Step 4
Bake (8 min.). As soon as they come out of oven. squishsh each cookie with larger cookie cutter to give them a perfectly round look & keep them thicker. Cool completely.

Pink Cookie Buttercream

Step 5
Cream butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, & vanilla together until light & creamy.
Step 6
Using tooth pick, grab some pink gel food coloring & swirl the toothpick into buttercream; mix again. The buttercream should be bright pink, if yours is still pale, add a little more gel food coloring & remix.
Step 7
Spread buttercream on each cookie & sprinkle with more confetti sprinkles.
