Step 1
SERVINGS:

Preheat oven to 180°C or 360°F.
Step 3
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 4
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until it forms a sticky mixture
Step 5
If it's too dry, try adding a touch more water.
Step 6
Spoon 1 tbsp of mixture on to the baking tray and shape into circles.
Step 7
Repeat with remaining mixture.
Step 8
Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden around the edges.
Step 9
Drizzle with extra tahini and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
