Instructions

Step 1
1. Cook noodles

2. In large pan heat 1tbsp of butter. Add gochujang & chopped kimchi. Fry until caramelized, about 4mins.
Step 3
3. Add kimchi juice & chicken broth. Cook until slightly reduce, 3mins.
Step 4
4. Add noodles to pan.
Step 5
5. Add 2tbsp butter, mix. Cook, tossing often until butter & sauce coats noodles.
Step 6
6. Fry over egg sunny side up. Plate, top with egg. Salt & pepper to taste.
