Instructions

Step 1
Spread out dough, then place on pizza peel over semolina. Top with thin slices of mozzarella, followed by grated gouda. Add chunks of turkey breast, dollops of cranberry sauce, and spoonfuls of stuffing to taste. Finish with drizzle of gravy.
Step 2
Transfer pizza to preheated pizza stone in a 500° oven. Bake until crust is as dark as you like, I usually go for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Remove pizza from oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice to preference & serve immediately.
