Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Step 2
Heat butter/ oil in frying pan
Step 3
Add eggy mix and cook over medium flame, using spatula to gently move the cooked eggy bits to centre of the pan, until omlit look set on top. Don't let it burn or stick at the bottom.
Step 4
Now either place omlit under a preheated grill until brown on top Or Turn the omlit out onto a flat plate. Then slide the omlit back into the pan with the cooked side uppermost. Cook for a further 3 ish mins so it is cooked on both sides
