For the masala
2 teaspoonscoriander seeds
1 teaspooncumin
4 tablespoonscoconut flakes
2garlic cloves
tamarind
small, marble size
6kashmiri red chillies

Step 1
Grind all the ingredients together listed in the masala
Step 2
Add the chopped onion and garlic and saute for few minutes
Step 3
Add tomatoes and saute for 5-10 minutes
Step 4
Add the masala and cook for few minutes .Add 150 ml of water .Thinnen up the gravy as needed
Step 5
Add salt to taste
Step 6
Lower the flame . Break the egg and drop it into the gravy one at a time.Cook on medium heat for 7-8 minutes
Step 7
Added finely chopped chives and turn off the flame
