Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray.
Step 2
Heat bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until lightly crisped, about 1-2 minutes per side. Transfer out of pan, drain, and set aside.
Step 3
Mix eggs, cream cheese, jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper in a bowl.
Step 4
To assemble egg cups, place bacon around the edge of each muffin cup and fill with egg mixture. Top with cheddar and bake until top is golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
