Instructions
Step 1
Toast English Muffin.
Step 2
Melt butter in a skillet.
Step 3
Add meat or faux meat to cook through.
Step 4
When English Muffin is done being toasted, add cheese to one half and turn to broil.
Step 5
Cook egg in skillet next to (faux) meat. Over easy is ideal, but Sunnyside up is fine.
Step 6
If using sausage links instead of patties, slice lengthwise prior to assembling sandwich.
Step 7
Put English Muffin on plate.
Step 8
Put (faux) meat on the side without melted cheese.
Step 9
Add fried Egg on top of (faux) meat or to the cheeseless side if not using (faux) meat.
Step 10
Put cheese side down on top of egg to assemble sandwich.
