Instructions

Step 1
Lightly coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray & place over medium heat.
Step 2
Mix egg, egg whites, milk, & pepper in a small bowl.
Step 3
Pour egg mixture in skillet and stir until set. Remove from skillet.
Step 4
Add ham slice to skillet and cook & flip until lightly browned on both sides.
Step 5
Put bread or English muffin in toaster.
Step 6
Place 1/2 cheese slice, ham & egg on one slice of bread.
Step 7
Place other 1/2 cheese slice on the other piece of bread and top sandwich.
