Instructions

Step 1
Slice onions & peppers.
Step 2
Put all ingredients (except veggies, flour & noodles) in instant pot & mix.
Step 3
Sauté onions, peppers & garlic with 1 cup beef broth on burner. Cool until onions & peppers are soft.
Step 4
Once soft add more broth & slowly add flour & dissolve.
Step 5
Pour sauté into instant pot & cook on stew setting.
Step 6
Cool noodles separately.
Step 7
When instant pot is done pour meat & sauce over noodles.
