Instructions
Step 1
In sauce pan over medium-high heat combine the butter and dry, uncooked rice. Stir together to toast the rice until the butter has melted.
Step 2
Once butter has melted and the rice smells fragrant (about 2-3 minutes) add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Step 3
Bring to a boil and cover and turn heat to low. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes. All of the liquid should be fully absorbed.
