Instructions

Step 1
Cream butter and sugar; blend and bananas, eggs and vanilla. Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to banana mixture alternating with milk; mix thoroughly. Add nuts; mix well. Pour into two loaf pans. Bake at 325° for one hour. Yield: 2 loaves. If making muffins: Bake sat 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Yield: 18 muffins
