Step 1
Brown the minced beef for 3 minutes then add the garlic and onion and cook for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to the boil.

Add the chopped tomatoes, passata and herbs. Stir well and cook for a further 2 minutes at a medium-high heat. Add the spaghetti to the pan of water and cook as per packet instructions.

Add a heaped tea spoon of Marmite, stir, then reduce heat to simmer until spaghetti is ready.

Drain spaghetti and serve. Add preferred cheese to taste
