Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Put butter in 10” over-proof skillet and place skillet in oven while it preheats
Step 2
2. Place eggs and cream cheese in blender and blend until we’ll combined - around 30 seconds. Add the almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, vanilla and salt and blend again until smooth.
Step 3
3. Once oven reaches temperature, remove skillet and pour in the batter. Return skillet to oven and bake for 15 minutes, until the pancake is puffed and golden brown around the edges.
Step 4
4. Remove skillet from oven and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before serving. Slice into 6 wedges.
