Instructions

Step 1
Dressing: Combine lemon juice, garlic, salt. and pepper. Beat continuously with fork: slowly add vegetable oil. Pour over salad coating well.
Step 2
Saute diced bacon until crisp. In salad bowl, add lettuce. tomatoes. cheese. almonds, and bacon. Toss salad with dressing. Add Parmesan cheese. salt and pepper. and croutons.
