½ cupgrape tomatoes

¼ cupfeta cheese crumbles

sliced or cubes
1 ½ Tbspfresh chives
finely chopped for topping
¼ cupred onion
thinly sliced
1 Tbspextra virgin olive oil
2 Tbspwhite wine vinegar
1 Tbspdijon mustard

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare chicken, bacon, and hard boiled eggs ahead of time
Step 2
Cut up the rest of the ingredients and add to the bowl (except dressing ingredients)
Step 3
Mix together evoo, white wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and Dijon. Toss salad with dressing when ready to eat.
