Instructions

Dough

Step 1
Mix the milk at 90°F and the yeast with a little bit of sugar and flour. let it rest for 10 min to make sure the yeast is alive
Step 2
Mix all dry ingredients and add the milk with the yeast, and the eggs
Step 3
When the dough is homogeneous add the butter, 1 tablespoon at the time until all combined. Rest the dough at least 2 hours. You can let it rest over night

Assembly

Step 4
Split the dough into two and shape each half like a pizza. Cut it getting 8 slices of pizza dough around 100 grams each. Rest for 20 min
Step 5
Stretch the dough into bigger triangle shapes and add the filling in the wide part of the triangle. Roll in the shape of the cachito. let them rest for 20 min

Baking

Step 6
cover the cachitos with eggs with a splash of milk. bake for 25-30 min at 320°F. After baked add melted butter to the surface to add flavor
