Passover Grilled Cheese Sandwich
I look forward to this sandwich every year. It is so buttery and yummy. This is my favorite Passover meal. Yes, you can say I eat like a kid. I do! Lol. ~Marilyn Sultar.

Instructions
Step 1
Place matzo under running water for just a minute, then shake the excess water off. You still want your matzo kind of stiff.
Step 2
Butter both sides of each matzo.
Step 3
Melt more butter in large frying pan. When melted, lay 1 matzo in pan, lay the cheese on top of the matzah, and top with second buttered matzo. Cook slowly until brown. Turn sandwich and brown on other side.
Step 4
Serve hot.
Step 5
Makes 1 large or 2 small servings.
