Step 1
Start with the crust first.
Step 2
Melt the butter and crumble the biscuits (however you want, I use a food processor). Mix together and lay in a tin.
Step 3
Place in the fridge for two hours.
Step 4
Mix the other ingredients together and when the crust is ready, pour the half of the creamy mixture on top, add any filling you'd like, top up with the rest of the cream and place in the fridge for a couple of hour (best overnight).
Step 5
One hour before serving, melt the chocolate 30 secondes by 30 seconds in the microwave. Add the cream and gently stir. Pour on top and place in the fridge for an hour.
