Step 1
Chop up veggies into small chunks. Heat over medium head until the onion is transparent

Add in the chorizo meat. Cook until brown
Step 3
Once chorizo and vegetables are cooked, crack 4 eggs on top. Cover with lid until eggs are done. Add cilantro.
Step 4
Can serve as is or with corn tortillas to make TACOOOS
