Step 1
Mix the oil with the cut cauli florets and spices to your taste. Spread onto a baking dish and roast for half an hour at 180 degrees Celsius. Take the seeds from the pomegranate and place in a bowl. When fork tender take the cauliflower and mix with the rest of the ingredients and serve warm or cold.
