Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.

Line baking sheets with parchment paper

Beat butter, sugar, vanilla and salt in small bowl till creamy

Mix in egg yolks and baking soda

Combine flour and cocoa and fold in

Mix in chocolate chips

Scoop out medium scoop of dough and put peanut butter cup in middle. Put more dough on top and roll in balls
Step 8
Flatten slightly and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or till puffed and just set on edges, but still soft in middle
Step 9
Cool on rack
