Slowcooker Chicken & Chorizo Paella πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡ΈπŸ₯˜πŸ‹ (487 cals a portions) This nicer weather really puts me in the mood for Paella but I could do with a lazy one. This Slowcooker version is perfect for anyone that’s busy or lazy like meπŸ˜… 1. To your Slowcooker add: - 3 x chicken breasts, I used - 100g cooked chorizo (You can skip cooking it) - 1 tsp of paprika, turmeric, garlic and chilli powder 🌢 - Salt and pepper πŸ§‚ - Juice of a lemon πŸ‹ - 1 x onion πŸ§… - 1 x can of chopped tomatoes πŸ… - 900ml of chicken stock I used stockpots - Parsley 🌿 2. Cook on high for 2.5-3 hours or low for 6 3. Then add 350g paella rice, 1 x red pepper and a cup of frozen peas. Cook again on high for 45 to 50 minutes and done βœ… (Check the rice is cooked some slowcookers might need a full hour) I top with some lemon slices and more parsley. This makes 4 x good portions at 487 cals a serving. Enjoy 😊
