Instructions
Step 1
Mix everything in your daal and keep adding flour bit by bit and kneading it. You need just enough water that the cooked lentils absorb and form a dough. If needed, add a sprinkle of water but most of the moisture should come from daal
Step 2
Roll out the dough as you would for a normal chapati and carefully place on oiled pan
Step 3
Once the colour changes from the top, apply oil and flip it until cooked through
Step 4
Serve with chutney of choice
