Instructions
Step 1
Start by separating the crab sticks with two forks

Step 2
In a bowl, crack an egg, add pinch of salt and cook on medium heat.

Mix the egg mixture and make small chunks using a spatula.
Step 4
Finely chop chives and slice 1/4 of a cucumber


Step 5
In a bowl, add crab sticks, egg, chives, mayo and sriracha and mix.


Step 6
Add crab mixture onto bread and place cucumber slices on top.


Step 7
Lastly, cover with another piece and slice off all edges (opt) before serving.
