Step 1
Set 6 qt instant pot to saute and ground beef
Step 2
Drain the fat and add everything but the macaroni and frozen vegetables.
Step 3
Seal the instant pot and set soup function for 2 minutes
Step 4
Release pressure and add macaroni and frozen vegetables.
Step 5
Set instant pot for another 2 minutes.
Step 6
When the cycle finishes let pressure natural release for 10 minutes then quick release and serve.
