Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Place salmon fillets on baking sheet, ideally with parchment paper beneath it.
Step 3
Heavily coat salmon in sweet chili sauce. If you have the time beforehand, marinate it in the sauce overnight!
Step 4
Cook for approximately 15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked to 145°F.
Step 5
Enjoy! This salmon is best with a serving of basmati rice and broccoli or brussel sprouts!
