Instructions
Step 1
Chop up potato into small chunks. Microwave for five minutes on a high setting. Chop up leek. Add leek to the potato. Add chunks of vegan cheese, plus chives, and some oil. Stir with a spoon. Roll out dough into flat circles. Spoon mixture into the middle then fold up into a sausage roll shape. Place on a panini press (or a baking tray if using the oven). Cook for seven minutes in panini press, or fifteen in oven.
