Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop:
Onion, Garlic, Pepper

Fry vegetables with cumin and smoked paprika, in olive oil until browned and sweated out

Add chile and the adobo sauce and caramelise
Step 4
Add chicken stock cube dissolved in one cup of water, and pre-rinsed rice
Step 5
Keep on low boil adding water like a risotto
Step 6
When Rice is almost tender add the beans, which have been soaked for the night before and boiled
Step 7
Salt to taste
