Step 1
To a bowl add the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Cut the salad into thin stripes. Slice the onion, tomato, cucumber, pickle and bell pepper.

Cut the bread in half without cutting it fully through. Spread both sides with butter and toast until golden brown.
Step 4
First lay on the cheese. Melt it with a blowtorch or put it in the oven at 200 degrees grill station. Bake for 2-3min until the cheese has melted.
Step 5
Spread on the tuna. Then place the salad, tomato, cucumber, pickle, bell pepper and onion slices on top.
