Preheat your grill to 400°
Step 2
In a zip lock bag combine legs oil and spice. Massage in the flavors frequently over about 20 minutes while grill heats.
Step 3
Hang legs on roasting rack. Roast over indirect portion of grill with a smoker box. Reduce temp to 350°. Chech every 20 minutes
