Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 F degrees. Grease an 8x8 baking dish.

2. Add all dry dough ingredients to a bowl and stir together until fully incorporated.

3. Add in the wet ingredients for the dough (milk, pumpkin purée, coconut oil, and apple cider vinegar and pumpkin into the bowl and stir to combine. Do not over mix.

4. Lightly flour a clean surface with some oat flour and pour the dough onto it. Knead the dough and then shape it into a smooth ball. Add another sprinkle of flour on top as needed to prevent sticking.

5. Using a rolling pin, roll dough out to about a 10x12" rectangle.

6. In a bowl, make the filling by combining all the filling ingredients. Spread the filling evenly over the dough.

7. Roll the dough up longways. Cut rolls evenly into 7 pieces, about 1 1/2 inches apart.
Step 8
8. Place rolls in prepared dish and bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 9
9. While the rolls are baking, make frosting by creaming together all the frosting ingredients.
Step 10
10. Remove rolls and let cool for 10 minutes.

11. Spread the frosting over & enjoy!
