Instructions
Step 1
Add half the amount of butter to a small, microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted.
Step 2
Add the half amount of the following egg, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix all well and microwave for 90 seconds.
Step 3
When done, carefully run a knife around the edges and transfer the bread onto a plate.
Step 4
Repeat the following steps with the remaining ingredients.
Step 5
Place a nonstick skillet over low heat and spray with cooking spray.
Step 6
Add a slice of cheddar and ham to bread and top with another piece of bread.
Step 7
Cook on both sides until the cheese has melted.
