Pizza Stuffed Peppers

Instructions

Step 1
Remove tops and insides of the peeper, cut in half. Blanch the pepper in boiling water for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Mix the rice & marinara together. Fill peppers with it.
Step 3
Top with mozzarella, then pepperoni & 1/4 c parmesan. Bake at 350⁰ for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Step 4
Top with additional parmesan and red chili flakes. Serve hot.
