Mix all ingredients and then make a soft dough

Make rolls.

Grease the steamer and put the rolls. Cover and steam for 5 mins

For the gravy

Blend all the ingredients

Heat oil and add jeera and heeng

Then add the ground masala and saute

Once the masala leaves oil, add in the curd and cream

Add in kasuri methi and water to make a thin gravy. Give a boil

Switch off the heat. Add in gattas and cover with a lid
