Bread oven overnight French toast

8 steps
Prep:8h 4minCook:10min
This is an overnight French toast recipe for the Mitsubishi bread oven. For us lazy toast snobs. If you want to make this more quickly, you can slice the bread into 4 pieces before soaking and then soak for at least 2 hours, flipping the pieces half way through. This recipe is for one slice of 3cm cut bread, you can also make it with slices as small as 1.5cm by using half the eggs and sugar and reducing the milk to 120ml for 2.4cm cut and 100ml for 2cm and below. You will also need to reduce the soak time to 45 min on each side. But I am not sure why you would do that since the machine only makes 1 piece at a time.
