Instructions

Step 1
thinly slice onions and place them in a medium sauce pan with some olive oil and caramelize them
Step 2
Melt butter in small bowl
Step 3
add 1 tsp of the au ju mix to the butter along with garlic powder and onion powder to taste
Step 4
mix remainder of the au ju package with 3 cups of water and set aside
Step 5
once onions are caramelized deglaze the pan with the au ju mixture. let this come to a boil
Step 6
once the au ju and oinions are boiling turn down the heat to simmer and add in the roast beef. let simmer for 5-10 minutes or until roast beef is warm.
Step 7
remove roast beef from pan and then strain out the onions from the au ju.
Step 8
place slider buns in baking dish and set aside top buns
Step 9
place a layer of provolone cheese on the bottom buns
Step 10
top with the warm roast beef and onions then one final layer of cheese
Step 11
place tops bun on then brush the top buns with the butter mixture
Step 12
place pan in oven @ 400 for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and buns are toasted.
Step 13
dip sandwhich in the au ju for extra flavor and enjoy!!!
