Turkey & hoisin sausage rolls Prep Time : 10min | Cook Time : 20min |  SmartPoints : 3Green/2 Blue/2 Purple | Serves: 24 Ingredients Jus-Rol Ready Rolled Light Puff Pastry Sheet - 375 g, uncooked Hoisin Sauce - 2 tablespoons Turkey Breast Mince, raw - 500 g Garlic - 2 clove(s), chopped Spring Onions - 4 medium, chopped Egg, whole, raw - 1 medium Sesame Seeds - 2 teaspoons Instructions Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Unroll the pastry and cut in half lengthways to give you 2 long pieces. Brush each piece with 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce, leaving a 1cm border around the edges. In a bowl, combine the turkey mince with the garlic and spring onions and season well. Shape the filling into 2 logs that will run the length of the pastry sheets, then place them down the middle of each. Beat 1 egg and use a little of it to brush the far edges of the pastry, then fold the pastry over the filling and seal. Roll until the join is underneath, then cut each log into 12 pieces. Arrange on the prepared baking trays, brush the tops with the remaining egg and scatter over 1 teaspoon mixed black and white sesame seeds on each. Bake for 25 minutes, or until crisp and golden.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Unroll the pastry and cut in half lengthways to give you 2 long pieces.
