RECIPE 👇 . . כרובית שאוורמה עם טחינת כורכום! 💛 מנה טבעונית וטעימה כל כך! מתכון בתגובות😍 RECIPE Ingredients- 1 medium cauliflower with the leaves, cut to 8 pieces. 1 sweet onion, cut to thick slices Shawarma seasoning- 1 teaspoon of shawarma seasoning 1 teaspoon of sumac 1 teaspoon of sea salt 1 minced garlic clove Juice from 1/2 lemon 1/4 cup of olive oil 1 tablespoon of smoked maple date syrup Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it well. Turmeric tahini- 1/3 cup of tahini 1/2 cup of cold water Juice from 1/2 lemon 1 garlic clove 1.5 teaspoons of turmeric 1/2 teaspoon of maldon salt Process all the ingredients in a food processor to a smooth dressing. Add water if needed. Garnish- Fresh mint leaves Method- Preheat the oven to 420F Place the cauliflower steaks and onions in a row on a baking pan. Using a brush, season the cauliflower and onions with the shawarma seasoning both inside and out. Roast it in a preheated oven on 420F for 40 minutes until it’s golden and ready. Pour the turmeric tahini dressing on top. Add mint leaves and enjoy! . .
